Feel free to give us a call at 818-227-5027 to arrange for us to come pick up your billing / collections.

 

Batch your daily physician services to include:  1)  Patient Demographics; 2)  a copy of the front and back of the insurance card; 3)  the Superbill (if the physician has filled one out); and, 4) the Report. Workers' Compensation services will also need the Date Of Injury and Attorney's name.  We will pick them up and get your services billed out that same day.  Click here to register, and leave in the "Comment Section" that you want us come to your office to pick up your billing.
